Daily and Weekly rates include electricity.
Monthly rates will billed an additional surcharge of $0.12 per kWh of metered usage.
Payment is due in advance — on the first day of the term you are paying. If daily, payment is due when you arrive or by noon on each subsequent day you stay. If weekly, payment is due on the first day of each 7 day period. If monthly, payment is due in advance on the first day, and on the first day of each subsequent month. Solstice Motorcoach Resort reserves the right to adjust the first month so that it is synchronized with the first of the month, e.g. the first month is pro-rated such that each subsequent month starts on the first of the month. This is done to help simplify billing for Solstice Motorcoach Resort.
By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing Solstice Motorcoach Resort to bill your credit card for the full amount of reservation, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balance not paid at time of departure.
Cancellations are subject to a minimum $25.00 cancellation fee. In addition, Cancellations made within 3 days of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to one (1) days reservation fee. Please contact the property for Cancellations or to make any changes to your reservation. No refunds after the scheduled arrival date.
No service charges are applied for changes to this reservation.
Solstice Motorcoach Resort provides its services, including but not limited to its sites, utilities, and amenities on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. By staying at or using Solstice Motorcoach Resort, you agree to these terms and that under no circumstances will Solstice Motorcoach Resort be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or any other type of damages resulting from your use of any part of the RV park. This includes, but is no way limited to, loss or injury caused in whole or in part by our negligence or things beyond our control.
Any damage to utilities, including electrical, water, and sewer hook-ups are solely the responsibility of the guest and the guest must either repair or pay to have repaired the utilities back to their original condition. This includes:
- Damaging utilities by backing into them or driving over them or striking them in any other way.
- Drawing too much power or running faulty electrical equipment from the electrical panel and damaging the electronics of the electrical hookup.
Site Selection Disclaimer
Every effort will be made to honor a reservation for a specific site, however, management reserves the exclusive right to assign sites and/or change sites as needed to promote the optimum productivity and efficiency of the campground. Deposits do not guarantee a specific site and will not be refunded in the case of refusal of assigned site. Management may offer a deposit refund if they determine that no alternate sites are available.
